My Story
At Hidden Zen with Gwen, I believe in creating a space where people can disconnect from the world and reconnect with themselves. I strongly believe in and focus on the healing powers of therapeutic touch.
Originally from Madison County, I was raised in a military family and have traveled extensively. I am a graduate of Madison School of Massage Therapy and also have a bachelors degree in Sociology from Cal State San Marcos. My own personal holistic wellness journey led me to a career in Massage Therapy.

I strive to provide an environment that fosters healing, growth, and transformation. My goal is to help you escape the stress and demands of your busy life, while providing therapeutic touch.

I offer Therapeutic and Prenatal Massage. I also incorporate Aromatherapy, Cupping, and Hot Stones for Therapeutic purposes. I am committed to providing a customized experience for the wonderfully diverse community of North Alabama.
